We Are Working to Internalise Ministerial Performance Bond at NSRMEA - DG

Director General and Chief Executive Officer of the National Steel Raw Materials Exploration Agency (NSRMEA), Mr Kola Ogunbiyi has revealed that the Performance Bond signed last March in the presence of the Hon. Minister of Steel Development, Prince Shuaibu Abubakar Audu, the Minister of State, HE. Uba Maigari Ahmadu, and Permanent Secretary, Dr Mary Ogbe is set to be adopted and implemented within the internal ranks and departments of the agency.

New Director General of NSRMEA Pledges Commitment to Agency's Sustained Growth

Mr. Ogunbiyi took over from the former DG of the agency, Dr. Umar Albarka Hassan in July 2022. He now heads the affairs of the NSRMEA following a rich background of broad experience spanning over 30 years in various capacities. Before his current position, Mr. Ogunbiyi was the Head, Iron and Ferro Alloy department at the agency where he oversaw and supervised several exploration projects in search of iron-ore and other steel raw materials.
