Headquarters of the National Steel Raw Materials Exploration Agency in Kaduna State is currently undergoing an upgrade in its bid to provide a conducive environment for work and ensure improved performance and service delivery to Nigeria and Nigerians.
The renovation work is funded by the World Bank Mineral Sector Support for Economic Diversification (MinDiver) project and includes structural rehabilitation, repainting, electrical repairs and upgrade of fittings. The Elevator and other components are also being upgraded.
Prior to this intervention, an upgrade at the agency's HQ was long overdue; a move that has led to widespread commendation for MinDiver's attention and swift implementation. As management says, the renovation is a morale booster and encouragement for staff to do better.
